What is Redesign?
When I go into a prospective client’s home to discuss a redesign, my first questions are:
How many people live here?
From that point I can get a much better idea of what direction we will go. A redesign can be simply realigning what a Customer has to work with, or completely starting from scratch. From an economic standpoint, the majority of redesigns focus on 1 or 2 rooms and include painting, redoing or replacing a piece or two of furniture and perhaps a new carpet. Or redesign may be as simple as decluttering.
Regardless of what your needs are: STAGING or REDESIGN, I will pledge that the end results will bring plenty of smiles and answer the proverbial question that I hear so often, “Why didn’t I do this sooner?”
