Home staging is the art of preparing a home going on the market to show off it’s best features, in the most positive light. Though the notion of Home Staging actually takes on different meanings in different parts of the country, the desired end result remains the same. The entire objective is to make the house look as good as possible to as many potential buyers as possible, thus increasing it’s chances for a quicker sale at the highest price.
After you have lived in a home for any number of years, it takes on the familiar feel of that favorite pair of tennis shoes. You don’t notice the fading, the stains or the worn out toes.
